EB50-12EB series B.B. Battery VRLA battery is a 12V integrated valve-regulated lead-acid battery, renowned for its maintenance-free feature and long cycle life. The series covers capacities from 12 to 80 Ah. The EB50-12 model has a nominal capacity of 50 Ah at a 20-hour rate and 40 Ah at a 2-hour rate, providing users with stable and reliable high power output. The battery case is made of durable, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is well-sealed, ensuring high reliability and safety of the overall structure.
In terms of internal structure, EB50-12 adopts absorbent glass fiber separator technology, enabling efficient gas recombination, thus truly achieving maintenance-free operation without the need for users to regularly add electrolyte. Its plates are coated with a special pasty active material coating, combined with an advanced design, ensuring no free acid in the battery, effectively preventing leakage risks and enhancing the safety and convenience of use. The battery top cover is equipped with six production filling holes and a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials, which significantly improves the battery's fire and explosion safety level.
