Product details

The B.B. Battery VRLA batteries of the HR9-12HR series provide solid power support for numerous critical application scenarios with their excellent stability and reliability. This series of batteries is provided in 6V or 12V unified form, with a wide power range from 96 watts to 1800 watts per battery, enabling flexible adaptation to power requirements of different scales. The battery case is made of sturdy, durable, opaque, and impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring excellent physical protection performance. Its battery cover is firmly connected to the case and sealed in the critical terminal areas, effectively preventing the impact of the external environment.Terminal design varies according to the specific battery type to meet different connection requirements. During the production process, batteries are filled with electrolyte through six dedicated holes on the cover plate, and then specially designed pressure relief valves are installed in the filling port. These pressure relief valves are made of non-combustible materials, can effectively regulate internal pressure, significantly improve the fire and explosion prevention safety level of the battery, and ensure more secure equipment operation. In terms of internal structure, both the positive and negative plates of HR series batteries adopt advanced paste coating technology, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator technology, achieving efficient gas recombination, truly maintenance-free, requiring no regular water addition by the user. This design not only improves battery efficiency but also eliminates the risk of free acid leakage. It is worth mentioning that this series of batteries is optimally designed for high-rate discharge applications and can provide extremely high specific output power in short-time discharge modes. Specifically, its discharge power, from 15 minutes to each cell at 1.3 volts, can reach 96 to 1800 watts per unit, and its power density at discharge rates of 5 to 15 minutes is 30% higher than that of the traditional BP series, making it particularly suitable for scenarios requiring instant high-current support. As a member of this series, the HR9-12 model specifically demonstrates these technical advantages. It is a 12V valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery with a 15-minute rated capacity of 36 watts per unit and a 10-hour rated capacity of 8 ampere-hours. The battery weighs approximately 2.75 kilograms and has a compact design with dimensions of 151 mm in length, 65 mm in width, and 94 mm in height, allowing it to be easily integrated into various equipment cabinets. The installation method is extremely flexible, supporting horizontal and vertical installation, which provides great layout convenience for users. The standard terminal type is T2, located at position 5. Users can also choose terminal types B0 or B1 according to actual wiring requirements. In terms of lifespan and performance, HR series batteries have an expected service life of up to 10 years under normal working conditions, complying with Eurobat's standards for long-life batteries. The capacity range is wide, from 4 Ah to 75 Ah, and the specific value depends on different discharge rate standards, such as С2, С5, С10, С20, etc. This enduring reliability and powerful performance make it an ideal power source for low-power devices, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, fire and safety alarm systems, emergency lighting, monitoring systems, access control, and precision medical equipment. Meanwhile, in broader fields such as power supply networks, the power industry, oil and gas extraction, telecommunications infrastructure, rural estates, hotels and shops, and even electric vehicles, it can also serve as a stable and reliable backup or primary power source to ensure continuous operation of critical businesses and services without interruption.
