The battery case contains optimized positive and negative plates. The negative plate adopts a flat-paste design, and is matched with a sturdy tubular spike - cast from antimony lead and lead dioxide, endowing the battery with excellent deep cycle ability.Polyester gloves have elasticity, strength and durability, and the microporous sleeve separator effectively eliminates the risk of short circuits. The battery case and cover are made of high-impact materials, are heat-resistant and use a heat-sealing process to completely prevent electrolyte leakage.
In terms of detailed design, the terminals, washers and covers adopt a special non-deviation integrated design to ensure zero electrolyte leakage; the top plug is a flip-type with electrolyte level marks, allowing sufficient escape of charging gas, and at the same time providing a safe anti-surge baffle for the operating electrolyte.The Aqua Level water replenishment system supports automatic water replenishment for all batteries from the center point through the integrated system, ensuring the optimal filling liquid level and enabling measurement of the electrolyte specific gravity. The kit can be professionally installed at the factory or on site. Additionally, an optional electrolyte circulation system can be equipped, which forms a circulating air flow within the battery box using the principle of air flow to prevent electrolyte stratification and optimize the charging effect.
