This battery adopts an optimized positive plate and negative plate structure. The negative plate is of a flat-paste type, effectively increasing the surface area and utilization rate of active materials, and improving the volumetric energy density. The sturdy tubular tines are pressed and cast from antimony lead and lead dioxide, endowing the battery with excellent deep cycle ability;Polyester gloves have elasticity, strength, and durability. Combined with a microporous sleeve separator, they can effectively eliminate the risk of short circuits. The battery case and cover are made of high-impact materials, resistant to high temperatures, and use a heat-sealing process to completely prevent electrolyte leakage.
In terms of detailed design, the terminals, washers, and cover are integrated without deviation through special design, further ensuring zero electrolyte leakage; the top plug is of a flip-top type, with electrolyte level marks, which not only allows filling gas to fully escape but also provides a safe anti-surge baffle for the operating electrolyte.The Aqua Level water supplement system supports filling all batteries from a central point, automatically ensuring the optimal filling level, and can measure the specific gravity of the electrolyte.
