- Top plugs Flip top plugs with electrolyte level markings are fitted. Allow adequate escape of charging gasses and provide a safe anti-surge baffle for the electrolyte during operation.
- Water refill system The aqua level water refill system makes it possible to top up all the cells from one central point through an integrated system. This automatic system ensures the optimum filling level and also allows the measurement of electrolyte specific gravity. The aqua level kit can be expertly fitted at the factory and on-site.

The available battery box of this series of batteries contains optimally designed positive and negative plates. The entire process from design to production of the product aims to minimize the impact on the environment to the greatest extent. The combination of high-quality design, materials, and production processes has achieved the European unified standard of the BS series.
In the core structure, the BS Towing Series adopts a sturdy tubular stem, which is die-cast from antimony lead and lead dioxide, endowing the battery with excellent deep cycle ability. Polyester gloves have both elasticity, strength and durability, effectively ensuring stable use; the microporous sleeve separator can reliably eliminate the risk of short circuit, and the negative plate adopts a flat-laying design to further improve performance. The battery case and cover are made of high-impact materials, have excellent high-temperature resistance, and prevent electrolyte leakage through the heat sealing process, making it safer to use.
The product has significant advantages: the terminals, washers and covers are specially designed and integrated without deviation, ensuring that the electrolyte will not leak from the battery; the top plug is a flip-type with electrolyte level marks, allowing the filled gas to escape fully, and providing a safe anti-surge baffle for the electrolyte during operation. The Aqua Level water replenishment system supports filling all batteries from a central point through the integrated system. This automatic system can ensure the optimal filling level, and allows measuring the specific gravity of the electrolyte, and the Aqua Level kit can be professionally installed in the factory and on site.In addition, an electrolyte circulation system can also be optionally equipped. This system uses the principle of air flow to generate a circulating air flow in the battery box through the pipeline system, effectively preventing electrolyte layering and optimizing the battery charging effect.
