- Terminals, Grommet and Lid Equipped with special design and integrated without deviation ensures that no electrolyte leak from the cell.
- Top plugs Flip top plugs with electrolyte level markings are fitted. Allow adequate escape of charging gasses and provide a safe anti-surge baffle for the electrolyte during operation.
- Water refill system The aqua level water refill system makes it possible to top up all the cells from one central point through an integrated system. This automatic system ensures the optimum filling level and also allows the measurement of electrolyte specific gravity. The aqua level kit can be expertly fitted at the factory and on-site.
- Electrolyte circulation An optional electrolyte circulation system is Available. Using air-flow principle, consists of a pipe system which creates a circulating air stream inside the cell box. This system prevents electrolyte stratification and the battery charging is optimized.

Battery BS Traction Series batteries are high-performance traction batteries specially made for industrial power applications, providing the required reliability and long cycle life for various scenarios from low-capacity loads to heavy-duty applications. The battery cases of this series contain optimized positive and negative plates. Both the design and production processes are committed to minimizing the impact on the environment to the greatest extent. The product adopts a sturdy tubular spike, which is die-cast from antimony lead and lead dioxide, and has excellent deep cycle ability;Polyester gloves have both elasticity, strength, and durability; the microporous sleeve separator can effectively eliminate the risk of short circuits; the negative plate is designed in a flat-paste type. The battery case and cover are made of high-impact materials, have excellent high-temperature resistance, and prevent electrolyte leakage through the heat-sealing process. The terminals, washers, and cover are specially designed and integrated without deviation, further ensuring that the electrolyte will not leak from the battery. The top plug is of a flip-top design, with electrolyte level marks, allowing the filled gas to escape fully, and providing a safe surge-proof baffle for the electrolyte during operation.
The BS Traction Series is equipped with the Aqua Level water replenishment system. Through the integrated system, all batteries can be filled with electrolyte from one central point. This automatic system can ensure the optimal filling level and allow the measurement of electrolyte specific gravity. The Aqua Level kit can be professionally installed at the factory or on site. At the same time, an optional electrolyte circulation system can be equipped. Using the principle of air flow, a circulating air flow is generated in the battery box through the pipeline system, effectively preventing electrolyte stratification and optimizing battery charging effect.
