BC120-12BC Series is a VRLA Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid Battery produced by B.B. Battery, available in 6V and 12V total voltage options. The product line covers a wide capacity range from 4.5Ah to 230Ah. The battery case is made of durable, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent leakage. The terminal design varies according to specific series and models, ensuring connection reliability.
During production, the electrolyte is filled through six specific holes on the battery cover, and then pressure relief valves made of non-combustible materials are installed on these holes.This key design not only ensures an extremely high fire and explosion safety rating but also renders the battery completely maintenance-free. Users do not need to periodically add water, and there is no free acid inside, making it a truly leak-proof battery. Thanks to its sealed structure and safety design, BC120-12 can be safely installed in horizontal or vertical orientations (inversion is prohibited), providing flexibility for equipment layout.
