BC42-12 is a 12V VRLA battery in the B.B. Battery BC series, with a nominal capacity of 42Ah at a 20-hour rate, providing reliable power support for various critical applications. This battery features maintenance-free, no need for water addition, no free acid during use, realizes a leak-proof design, and can be installed in any direction except inverted, which greatly improves the convenience and safety of use.
BC series VRLA batteries use absorbent glass mat technology, which can efficiently achieve gas recombination, ensuring the battery has an expected service life of 5-7 years under normal working conditions.Its case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, the terminal area is sealed, and the overall structure is sturdy and durable. The battery cover is provided with six holes for electrolyte filling during the production process, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure high-level fire and explosion safety of the battery. Both positive and negative plates are coated with a paste, further enhancing the battery performance.
The standard terminal type of BC42-12 battery is B2, and optional terminal types include I1 and I2. Its specific dimensions are: length 197 mm (7.76 inches), width 165 mm (6.5 inches), height 171 mm (6.73 inches), the total height is also 171 mm (6.73 inches), and the weight is about 12.2 kg (26.9 lbs).
