BP2.3-12 is a high-performance product in B.B. Battery's VRLA battery BP series, specially designed for various standby power scenarios. The BP series batteries are produced in overall forms of 4V/6V/12V, with capacities ranging from 1.0 to 230Ah, and the BP2.3-12 model focuses on 12V voltage, providing stable and reliable power support.
The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, combining durability and safety; the battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively protect the internal structure.In the production process, electrolyte is filled through the six holes on the battery cover, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The valve is made of non-combustible materials, ensuring a high level of fire and explosion safety. The positive and negative plates are both designed with a paste coating, improving the battery's performance and lifespan.
BP2.3-12 has several practical features: maintenance-free design, no need to supplement electrolyte; leak-proof structure, no risk of free electrolyte overflow; low self-discharge characteristic, with a monthly self-discharge rate of less than 3%; supports two installation methods: vertical and horizontal, suitable for different installation environments.Under normal operating conditions, BP series batteries are expected to have a service life of 8-10 years, conforming to Eurobat standards, ensuring long-term stable operation.
