The BP200-12BP series B.B. Battery VRLA batteries provide reliable power solutions suitable for a wide range of application scenarios. This series is produced in 4V, 6V, or 12V configurations with a broad capacity range from 1.0Ah to 230Ah, meeting the power requirements of different devices. Its sturdy shell is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is well-sealed, ensuring overall structural stability and safety. Terminal designs vary according to specific series and types, offering flexible options.During production, the battery is filled with electrolyte through six holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of a pressure relief valve made of incombustible material. This design not only enables maintenance-free operation without the need for regular water replenishment but also ensures a high level of fire and explosion safety, complete leak-proofing, and no risk of free electrolyte leakage.
Both positive and negative plates are coated with a specially formulated paste, combined with low self-discharge characteristics—self-discharge rate less than 3% per month, effectively extending the battery's shelf life.
