B.B. Battery MPL series VRLA batteries are produced in a 12-volt integral form. As one of the series, MPL135-12 has excellent performance and wide applicability. The battery capacity ranges from 55 to 155Ah. The nominal capacity (10-hour rate) of MPL135-12 is 130Ah, and the watt-hours per cell in 15 minutes reach 540, which can stably meet the power requirements of medium and low power scenarios.
The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is hermetically designed to effectively ensure safety in use.The battery cover is provided with six holes. During production, the electrolyte is filled through these holes, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials to ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety. Both the positive and negative plates are coated with a paste-like coating. Combined with the extremely low internal resistance design, the battery has excellent high-power performance, especially in short-distance discharge modes, can provide high specific output power, and is very suitable for applications with a backup time of up to 60 minutes in uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
The product supports multi-directional installation (prohibited from being used upside down) and can flexibly adapt to horizontal and vertical installation requirements.As a maintenance-free battery, it requires no water supplementation, has no free acid, achieves leak-proof characteristics, and further improves convenience and reliability of use. At the same time, the absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology is adopted, which can efficiently realize gas recombination, has a floating charge service life of up to 10 years, and the expected service life under normal working conditions can reach 12 years, with the advantage of long service life according to the Eurobat standard.
