B.B. Battery MPL series VRLA batteries are produced in a 12-volt integrated form, with a capacity range from 55 to 155Ah. MPL155-12 is a high-performance model in this series. The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. The battery cover has six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible material, which can effectively ensure fire and explosion safety. Both the positive and negative plates are coated with a paste coating to improve battery performance and lifespan.
MPL155-12 has many excellent features: maintenance-free design, no need to add water; no free acid, it is a leak-proof battery; low self-discharge rate, with a capacity loss of less than 3% per month; supports multi-directional installation (inversion is prohibited); adopts a very low internal resistance design, with excellent high-power performance, especially can provide high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode, very suitable for applications where the backup time in uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) is up to 60 minutes; equipped with a safety explosion-proof device; adopts absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life of this battery can reach 12 years.
