Its housing is made of opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring excellent physical protection. The battery cover is securely connected to the housing, and the terminal area is specially sealed, providing excellent leak-proof performance. The terminal design varies according to the specific model to meet different installation requirements. During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through six holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of a pressure relief valve.These pressure relief valves, made of non-combustible materials, are critical safety components that can effectively release internal pressure, thereby ensuring a high level of fire and explosion safety.
Inside the battery, both the positive and negative plates are coated with special paste-like active materials.
