The Zelus GB series GB12/120B.B. battery is a valve - regulated sealed lead - acid (VRLA) battery with gel electrolyte. Its core technology lies in mixing sulfuric acid with silicon powder to form a gel - like fixed electrolyte. This unique gelation process almost completely eliminates the common electrolyte evaporation and overflow problems of traditional flooded batteries, thus effectively avoiding the corrosion caused thereby and significantly enhancing the battery's ability to resist extreme temperatures, impact and vibration. The battery is equipped with a valve regulation system, which can safely discharge gas when necessary.Its grid uses calcium alloy instead of traditional antimony alloy, while maintaining excellent mechanical strength, significantly reducing the gas evolution rate. The battery has a nominal voltage of 12V, with a nominal capacity of 120 Ah at 20-hour rate (C20) and 114 Ah at 10-hour rate (C10). Its dimensions are length 344 mm (13.54 inches), width 172 mm (6.77 inches), height 263.8 mm (10.39 inches), total height 280.3 mm (11.04 inches), and the battery weight is approximately 40 kg (88.18 lbs). It is equipped with standard Type I2 terminals, supporting multiple installation methods (horizontal and vertical), providing users with flexible space arrangement options.
