As an important model in the BC series of B.B. Battery VRLA batteries, BC200-12 is a 12V integral sealed lead-acid battery with a nominal capacity of 200 Ah (20-hour rate). This battery adopts an impact-resistant ABS plastic case, with a sturdy and durable structure. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe and reliable use. Its terminal design offers the B9 standard type, and an I3 type is also available as an option to meet different installation and connection requirements. The battery is filled with electrolyte through six holes on the cover during production, and then a dedicated pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed.This design not only achieves maintenance-free operation without the need for users to add water, but also ensures high-level fire and explosion safety, while eliminating the risk of free acid leakage. The battery uses positive and negative plates coated with a paste-like layer, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator technology, achieving efficient gas recombination and optimizing battery performance and lifespan. In terms of installation, BC200-12 demonstrates high flexibility. It is equipped with a handle for easy handling and can be safely installed horizontally or vertically (prohibited to be inverted), providing convenience for system integration.With its compact size design, length 522 mm, width 202 mm, height 216 mm (total height varies from 220 to 240 mm depending on the terminal type), and weight of approximately 55.2 kg, it can adapt to various spatial layouts.
