This series of batteries offers 6V/12V overall forms, with a capacity range from 4.5 to 230Ah. The model BC200-12 is designed for 12V voltage, with a 20-hour rate nominal capacity of 200Ah. The specific capacity is based on the Eurobat general standard, corresponding to different discharge rates such as C2, C5, C8, C10, C20, C100, etc. (depending on the series).
The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, with a sturdy and durable structure. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to effectively ensure use safety.During the production process, the battery is filled with electrolyte through six holes on the battery cover, and then a pressure relief valve is installed at the filling port. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can ensure high-level fire and explosion safety, further improving the reliability of product use. Both the positive plate and the negative plate adopt the pasted coating process to optimize the electrochemical performance.
