BP230-12BP series Valve-Regulated Sealed Lead-Acid Batteries provide overall voltages of 4V, 6V, and 12V, covering a wide capacity range from 1.0 to 230 Ah. Its shell is made of sturdy opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, with the battery cover firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure structural reliability. Terminal design varies by series and type; the battery cover is equipped with six filling holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non-flammable materials.This design not only achieves maintenance-free operation without the need for water supplementation, but also offers a high level of fire and explosion safety. Each cell is integrated with a fire prevention device, completely leak-proof with no free electrolyte leakage.
Both positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a specially formulated paste coating, combined with advanced sealing technology, resulting in a monthly self-discharge rate of less than 3%, effectively extending the availability during idle periods. It offers high flexibility in installation, supporting vertical or horizontal placement, and is equipped with carrying handles, facilitating deployment in various spaces.
