B.B. Battery BP230-12 is a high-performance valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery, belonging to the BP series. This series of batteries is produced in 4V, 6V, and 12V configurations, with a capacity range from 1.0 to 230 Ah, providing reliable power support for equipment in various fields.
The shell of the BP230-12 battery is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring the battery's durability and good insulation. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent liquid leakage and intrusion of external pollutants.The terminal design varies according to the battery series and specific type. The standard terminal type of BP230-12 is B9, the standard terminal position is 13, and the optional terminal type is I3. During the production process, the battery is filled with electrolyte through six holes on the battery cover, and then the pressure relief valve is installed in the filling port. These pressure relief valves are made of non-combustible materials, ensuring a high level of fire and explosion safety for the battery.
