BP35-12 Finger Type battery is an outstanding representative of the BP series of B.B. Battery VRLA batteries. This series of batteries is produced in 4V, 6V, and 12V integral forms, with a nominal voltage of 12V and their capacity ranges from 1.0 to 230 Ah, meeting diverse power requirements. The shell of this battery is made of sturdy impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring structural durability. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is reliably sealed, providing additional safety assurance. The terminal design varies depending on the battery series and type. BP35-12 offers a standard B7 terminal type at position 8, and also provides I2 as an optional terminal type to adapt to different installation requirements.
In product design, the battery cover is equipped with six filling holes for electrolyte filling during the production process. After filling is complete, a pressure relief valve is installed in the filling port. These pressure relief valves are made of non-combustible materials, ensuring an extremely high fire and explosion safety level, providing a reassuring guarantee for equipment operation. Inside the battery, both the positive and negative plates are coated with high-performance paste-like coatings, which is the foundation of its stable discharge performance.
