The B.B. Battery Valve-regulated Sealed Lead-Acid Battery of the BP4-12BP series is manufactured in a 12V integrated form. Its nominal capacities at different discharge rates are 4Ah (20-hour rate), 3.8Ah (10-hour rate), and 3.4Ah (5-hour rate) respectively. The battery's shell is made of strong and durable impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring physical protection. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage, achieving maintenance-free and leak-proof characteristics. Its terminals are designed as standard T1 type, located at position 3, and T2 terminals can also be optionally equipped to meet different installation requirements.
In structure, the battery cover is provided with six filling holes. During production, electrolyte is filled through these holes, after which a pressure relief valve made of non-flammable materials is installed. This design not only ensures a high level of fire and explosion safety, but also allows the battery to be safely installed in horizontal or vertical positions, providing flexibility for equipment integration. Both positive and negative plates are coated with a paste-like coating. Combined with advanced sealing technology, the battery has an extremely low self-discharge rate, less than 3% per month, which helps maintain the charge for a long period.
