B.B. Battery BP series VRLA batteries meet the power supply needs of multiple scenarios with reliable performance. As an important member of the series, the BP40-12 model is designed specifically for stable power applications. This battery adopts a 12V voltage specification, with a nominal capacity of 40Ah at a 20-hour rate, 38Ah at a 10-hour rate, and 34Ah at a 5-hour rate, which can provide durable power support for equipment.
The casing is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, combining durability and safety. The battery cover is firmly connected to the casing, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to effectively prevent leakage.The battery cover is equipped with six liquid injection holes. During the production process, after filling the electrolyte through these holes, a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed, which can ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety, making it more reassuring to use. Both the positive and negative plates adopt the paste coating process, which improves the battery performance and stability, and supports both vertical and horizontal installation methods, meeting the needs of different installation environments.
The BP40-12 battery has maintenance-free characteristics, no need to supplement electrolyte, reducing maintenance costs and operation troubles in use; the leak-proof design ensures no free electrolyte, making it safer to use;Low self-discharge characteristic, monthly self-discharge rate less than 3%, can still maintain good power after long-term storage.
