B.B. Battery VRLA batteries in the HRL series are produced in a 12-volt overall form. HRL33-12, as an important model in the series, has excellent performance and wide applicability. Its case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. The battery cover has six holes for filling electrolyte during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure high-level fire and explosion safety. Both positive and negative plates are coated with a paste coating, and combined with the absorbent glass mat separator technology, efficient gas recombination is achieved, improving battery performance.
The HRL33-12 battery features a maintenance-free design, requiring no water addition. Its free-acid property makes it a leak-proof battery, ensuring more worry-free use. The low self-discharge rate ensures that the monthly capacity loss is less than 3%, and it can be installed in multiple orientations (except inverted), meeting the needs of different scenarios. Specifically designed for high-rate discharge, the power density at a 5-15 minute discharge rate is 30% higher than the BP series. It provides high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode, very suitable for applications in uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) with a backup time of up to 60 minutes, and the discharge power (15 minutes to 1.3V/cell) can reach the corresponding standards.
