B.B. Battery HRL series VRLA batteries are produced in a 12V integrated form, specifically providing stable and reliable power solutions for medium and low power applications. Its case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively ensure safety in use. Terminal design varies according to battery type. The battery cover has six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, ensuring a high level of fire and explosion safety, and further enhancing the reliability of the product.Both positive and negative plates are coated with a paste coating, supporting multi-directional installation (except upside-down) horizontally and vertically to adapt to installation requirements in different scenarios. HRL series batteries have an expected service life of up to 12 years under normal working conditions, with maintenance-free features that require no water addition, and a non-free acid design for leak-proof function. Specifically designed for high-rate discharge, it adopts absorbent glass mat (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination. The power density at a 5-15 minute discharge rate is 30% higher than that of the BP series. It provides high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode and is very suitable for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) applications with a backup time of up to 60 minutes. Discharge power (15 minutes to 1.3 V/cell) Each block can reach 132 to 5205 W, with a capacity range of 5.5 - 215AH (depending on the series).
