MSB-1500 (2V, 1500Ah) is a 2V valve-regulated sealed lead-acid (VRLA) battery in B.B. Battery MSB Series, designed for scenarios with high requirements for power stability and reliability. The MSB Series batteries are produced in 2V units, with capacity ranging from 200 to 3000Ah. With a nominal capacity of 1500Ah (10-hour rate), MSB-1500 is an ideal choice for power supply networks, power industry, and telecommunication applications, featuring long float life and high capacity.
The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, sturdy and durable, effectively resisting external impacts.The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to ensure no risk of electrolyte leakage or overflow during use. The battery cover is equipped with six filling holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible material, ensuring a high level of fire and explosion safety, further enhancing use reliability. Both positive and negative plates adopt a paste coating process, combined with high-tech alloy materials, which can significantly enhance the corrosion resistance of the plates and extend the battery's service life. In addition, the battery supports both horizontal and vertical installation methods to meet the needs of various installation environments.
The expected service life of MSB-1500 can reach 12 years under normal working conditions (in line with Eurobat standards). Its core advantages stem from multiple technological innovations: the unique electrolyte fixation system can minimize electrolyte loss to the greatest extent, and combined with the gel technology electrolyte, it effectively extends the battery cycle life; the special active material formula improves the charge acceptance of the battery, ensuring charging efficiency; the low self-discharge rate design (capacity loss per month is less than 3%) ensures that the battery can still maintain good performance after long-term storage.
