B.B. Battery MSB series VRLA batteries are produced in 2V integral form, with capacity ranging from 200 to 3000Ah. Developed specifically for power supply networks, power industry, and telecommunication applications, they have long float life and high capacity characteristics. Among them, the MSB-800 model has a nominal voltage of 2V and a nominal capacity of 800Ah at 10-hour rate, which is a high-performance representative in this series.
The MSB-800 battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage or overflow. The battery cover has six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed.The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials to ensure high-level fire and explosion safety. Both positive and negative plates are made with pasted coating, combined with gel technology electrolyte and absorbent glass fiber separator technology, achieving efficient gas recombination, further ensuring battery performance and safety. The battery supports both horizontal and vertical installation methods, with flexible use.
In terms of performance and life, the MSB-800 battery is expected to have a service life of up to 12 years under normal working conditions, meeting Eurobat standards for long service life.
