B.B. Battery MSB series VRLA batteries are produced in a 2V integral form, with a capacity range from 200 to 3000Ah, developed specifically for power supply networks, power industry, and telecommunication applications, featuring long float life and high capacity. The MSB-2000 model has a nominal voltage of 2V, a nominal capacity of 2000Ah at 10-hour rate, 1500Ah at 3-hour rate, and 1100Ah at 1-hour rate, being a high-performance representative product in this series. The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic material, the battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure no risk of electrolyte leakage or overflow.The case is equipped with six filling holes. After filling electrolyte through these holes during production, a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible material, providing a high level of fire and explosion safety. Both positive and negative plates are coated with paste, combined with high-performance alloy manufacturing technology to effectively enhance corrosion resistance; the unique electrolyte fixing system and special active material formulation can maximize the service life and enhance charge acceptance, and at the same time, the absorbent glass mat separator technology is used to achieve efficient gas recombination. The battery supports both horizontal and vertical installation methods, and the expected service life under normal working conditions can reach 12 years.
