MPL100-12 Standard is a 12V integral valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery from B.B. Battery's MPL series. This battery features a solid, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic case with a firmly connected battery cover and reliably sealed terminal area, ensuring safety and stability in various application environments. The six holes on the battery cover are used for electrolyte filling during the production process, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials, which provides a high level of fire and explosion safety protection for the battery, making it an ideal choice for high-requirement scenarios such as data centers, power supply networks, and telecommunications facilities. In terms of performance, the MPL100-12 Standard battery is specially designed for medium and low power uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). It can provide high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode and is especially suitable for applications with a maximum backup time of 60 minutes. Its extremely low internal resistance design brings excellent high-power performance, meeting the instantaneous power requirements of emergency lighting, video surveillance systems, access control management systems, and medical equipment. The battery supports horizontal and vertical installation and is equipped with a carrying handle for flexible deployment in various spaces, but note that it is forbidden to use it upside down. The positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a paste - like coating, and it adopts Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination, ensuring the battery is maintenance - free throughout its service life without the need for water replenishment. Additionally, the design without free acid makes it a reliable leak - proof battery. Under normal operating conditions, the expected service life of this series of batteries can reach 12 years, providing reliable power support for renewable energy systems (such as solar and wind energy) in fields like oil and gas extraction, rural estates, hotels and shops, and even electric vehicles. In terms of specific parameters, the MPL100 - 12 Standard has a nominal voltage of 12V, and the single - cell Wh capacity at the 15 - minute rate is 400. The battery offers two terminal types: B3 and I2.
