MPL88-12 Standard is a 12V valve-regulated sealed lead-acid (VRLA) battery from the B.B. Battery MPL series, specifically designed for medium and low power applications, with a capacity range of 55 to 155 Ah, making it an ideal power source for various key equipment.
The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, which is sturdy and durable, effectively coping with complex environments. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to ensure safe use. The battery cover is provided with six filling holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed.The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can significantly improve fire and explosion safety, providing multiple guarantees for the stable operation of the equipment. Both positive and negative plates adopt the paste coating process, which improves battery performance and cycle life, and supports both horizontal and vertical installation methods, flexibly adapting to different installation scenarios.
In terms of performance, the MPL88-12 Standard battery has excellent advantages. As a 12V battery with top terminal connections, it can provide high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode, especially suitable for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) applications, and is recommended for scenarios with a maximum backup time of 60 minutes.The battery is produced in the form of a single cell with a nominal voltage of 12 V, combined with Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination, further enhancing use stability and environmental friendliness. Under normal operating conditions, the expected service life can reach 12 years, meeting the long-life requirements of the Eurobat standard.
