GBS12/75B.B. battery is a high-performance VRLA (valve-regulated sealed lead-acid) gel battery in the Zelus GBS series, designed specifically for scenarios requiring stable and reliable power. This series of batteries adopts gel electrolyte technology, forming a fixed gel-like substance by mixing sulfuric acid and silica fume, fundamentally solving the problems of electrolyte evaporation, overflow, and subsequent corrosion of traditional wet batteries, and also has stronger resistance to extreme temperatures, impact, and vibration performance.Its valve regulation system can effectively discharge gas, and antimony in the internal lead plates is replaced by calcium, reducing gas generation while maintaining mechanical properties and improving use safety.
As a deep cycle lead-acid battery, GBS12/75B.B. adopts a design combining solid lead coating technology and gel electrolyte, aiming to provide maximum capacity and stable discharge cycle ability. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life of this battery exceeds 12 years, with up to 2500 cycles, meeting the Eurobat standard and ensuring long-term reliable operation. Its capacity is 75Ah at 100-hour rate, with low self-discharge rate, capacity loss less than 2% per month, and completely maintenance-free, no need for water supplementation, reducing use costs.

The gel inside the battery is completely filled, allowing heat to be easily conducted to the case, avoiding local overheating; the gelation of the electrolyte can also effectively prevent acid stratification and ensure stable battery performance.
