EP100-12 is a model of B.B. Battery EP Series VRLA lead-acid rechargeable batteries. It is produced in a 12V integral form, with a nominal capacity (20-hour rate) of 100Ah. It belongs to low-maintenance batteries and has a relatively long cycle life. The capacity range of this series covers 7 to 100Ah (specifically depending on C2, C5, C8, C10, C20, C100 rates and series), and it is widely applicable to various scenarios.
The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. The battery cover is provided with six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed at the filling port.The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety. Both positive and negative plates are coated with a paste coating to improve battery performance. The battery can be flexibly installed in horizontal or vertical positions (except inverted) to meet different installation requirements.
As a battery specifically designed for high-load cyclic applications, the EP series adopts absorbent glass fiber separator technology, achieving efficient gas recombination, and has the characteristics of maintenance-free (no need to add water) and non-free acid (leak-proof battery).Under normal operating conditions, the EP series batteries have a cycle life of up to 2000 times, an expected service life (in years) of 5-7 years, and also have high power output and stable capacity performance.
