B.B. Battery EP80-12EP series VRLA batteries are low-maintenance lead-acid rechargeable batteries produced in a 12V integrated form, with a capacity range of 7 to 100Ah, designed specifically to provide a stable and reliable power source. This series of batteries have a long cycle life, with up to 2000 cycles under normal operating conditions, comply with Eurobat general standards, and can meet various high-load application requirements.
The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, which is durable and has good protection performance. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to effectively prevent liquid leakage.The battery cover has six holes for filling electrolyte during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed at the filling port. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety, making it more reliable to use. Both the positive and negative plates are coated with a paste coating, and combined with the absorbent glass fiber separator technology, it achieves efficient gas recombination, improving the battery's performance and stability. In addition, the battery can be installed in horizontal and vertical positions (except inverted), with flexible installation and suitable for various usage scenarios.
