EP65-12 is a 12V product in B.B. Battery's VRLA battery EP series, with a rated capacity of 65Ah at 20-hour rate, belonging to a low-maintenance lead-acid rechargeable battery, with a long cycle life, designed specifically for high-load cyclic applications. The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, the battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. The battery cover has six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible material, effectively ensuring fire and explosion safety.Both positive and negative plates adopt paste coating, combined with absorbent glass mat separator technology to achieve efficient gas recombination. It features maintenance-free (no need to add water) and no free acid (leak-proof battery), and can be installed in horizontal and vertical positions (except inverted).
In terms of performance, the EP65-12 battery provides high power output, with a high cycle capability of up to 2000 cycles, and the expected service life under normal operating conditions is 5-7 years. Its capacities cover various rates such as С2, С5, С8, С10, С20, С100, etc. (specifically depending on the series), among which the nominal capacity at 5-hour rate is 55.25Ah, and the nominal capacity at 30-minute rate is 32.5Ah. The battery weight is 25 kilograms (55.13 lbs), the standard terminal type is B5, the standard terminal position is 15, and the optional terminal type is I2.
