B.B. Battery EP28-12EP Series VRLA batteries are produced in a 12-volt overall form, with a capacity range of 7 to 100Ah. They are a series of low-maintenance lead-acid rechargeable batteries with a long cycle life, providing a stable and reliable power source for various equipment.
The battery case of this series is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safety in use. The battery cover is provided with six holes, through which the electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed; the pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety.Both the positive and negative plates are coated with a paste-like coating to improve battery performance, and the battery can be installed in horizontal and vertical positions (except inverted).
The EP series batteries use absorbent glass fiber separator technology to achieve efficient gas recombination, have the characteristics of maintenance-free (no need to add water) and no free acid (leak-proof battery), and are specially designed for high-load cyclic applications. Under normal operating conditions, the EP series batteries have a cycle life of up to 2000 times and a service life of 5-7 years, providing a stable high-power output and long-lasting capacity.
