This battery adopts unique gelled electrolyte technology, mixing sulfuric acid with silica fume to form a solid and immobile colloidal substance. This innovative GEL technology almost completely eliminates the common electrolyte evaporation and overflow problems in traditional flooded lead-acid batteries, thereby effectively avoiding the resulting corrosion issues. Meanwhile, this design endows the battery with stronger environmental adaptability, enabling it to better resist the impacts of extreme temperatures, shocks, and vibrations.
The battery is equipped with a valve adjustment system that allows the safe discharge of internally generated gas when necessary. In terms of structure, it draws on the design of traditional wet batteries, but the key difference is that calcium is used instead of antimony in the lead plates. This change retains the excellent mechanical properties of the lead plates while significantly reducing the battery's tendency to produce gas during use, enhancing safety and stability.
