GBC12/37.5 battery is a high-performance 12V valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) gel battery in the Zelus GBC series. It adopts advanced gelling electrolyte technology, which mixes sulfuric acid with silicon dioxide to form a fixed gel-like substance. This technology effectively eliminates the common problems of electrolyte evaporation, overflow and subsequent corrosion in traditional wet batteries, and at the same time significantly enhances the battery's ability to resist extreme temperatures, shocks and vibrations. The internal valve regulation system of the battery can safely discharge the generated gas, and by replacing antimony in the lead plate with calcium, the gas generation is reduced while maintaining mechanical properties. As a deep cycle lead-acid battery, the GBC12/37.5 is designed to provide maximum capacity and excellent discharge cycle performance. Its nominal voltage is 12V, and the nominal capacity is 37.5Ah at the 5-hour rate (C5). Thanks to the solid lead plate and colloidal electrolyte technology, the battery has excellent high-temperature stability, high mechanical strength and low acid displacement characteristics, and excellent deep discharge performance. The patented safety valve can accurately control the internal pressure and effectively extend the service life of the battery. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life of the GBC series batteries can reach 12 years, with up to 2500 cycles, which meets the Eurobat standard for long service life.
