The GBC6/180B.B. battery is a high-performance 6V valve-regulated lead-acid battery in the Zelus GBC series, with a nominal capacity of up to 180 Ah. This battery adopts advanced gel electrolyte technology, mixing sulfuric acid with silica fume to form a fixed, immobile gel-like substance. This design fundamentally solves the common electrolyte evaporation and acid overflow problems in traditional flooded lead-acid batteries, effectively avoiding equipment corrosion caused by these issues, while significantly enhancing the battery's stability and tolerance in extreme temperatures, severe shocks, and continuous vibration environments.Its valve-regulated sealed structure allows the safe venting of internally generated gas, ensuring safety during use. In terms of the grid alloy, it replaces antimony with calcium, maintaining excellent mechanical strength while significantly reducing the battery's self-discharge rate and gassing tendency, making maintenance work more convenient. This deep-cycle lead-acid battery is specifically designed for application scenarios requiring continuous, stable, and deep-level discharge, aiming to provide maximum capacity and excellent cycle life.Under normal operating conditions, the float charge design life of GBC series batteries can reach 12 years. Its deep cycle performance is particularly outstanding, capable of providing up to 2500 deep discharge cycles, fully meeting the definition of long-life batteries in the Eurobat standard. It has excellent high-temperature stability, a sturdy mechanical structure, and extremely low acid stratification. Combined with a precisely designed safety valve with a patent, it can effectively control the internal pressure of the battery, further extending the overall service life. The GBC6/180 battery is compact in size, with a length of approximately 244 mm, a width of 190 mm, a height of 275 mm, and a net weight of approximately 32.8 kg, providing flexible installation options, supporting horizontal or vertical installation, equipped with I3 type terminals as standard.
