Its core technology lies in mixing sulfuric acid with silica fume to form a fixed gel-like electrolyte. This unique design almost completely eliminates the common electrolyte evaporation and overflow problems of traditional flooded batteries, thus effectively avoiding the resulting corrosion issues. Meanwhile, gel batteries demonstrate stronger environmental adaptability, better able to withstand extreme temperatures, shocks, and vibrations, ensuring stable power supply under harsh conditions.Its valve-regulated system can safely discharge the internally generated gas. By replacing antimony with calcium in the traditional lead plates, while maintaining excellent mechanical properties, it significantly reduces the gas generation rate, making the battery structure more stable and reliable.
