B.B. Battery HRL Series VRLA batteries are produced in a 12-volt integral form, specifically providing reliable power support for medium and low power scenarios. Each battery covers a power range of 132 to 5205W, the case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, the battery cover is firmly connected to the case and the terminal area is sealed to ensure use safety. During the production process, after filling the electrolyte through the six holes on the battery cover, a pressure relief valve is installed at the filler port, and the valve is made of non-combustible material, which can effectively ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety.
Both the positive and negative plates of the battery adopt a paste coating design, supporting multi-directional installation in horizontal and vertical directions (except inversion), meeting the installation requirements of different scenarios. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life of HRL series batteries can reach 12 years, with stable and long-lasting performance.
As a maintenance-free battery, HRL series does not need water addition, and the feature of no free acid makes it have a leak-proof function, which is more worry-free to use.Adopting absorbent glass mat (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination, the power density is 30% higher than that of BP series at a discharge rate of 5-15 minutes, providing high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode, especially suitable for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) applications, and it is recommended to be used when the backup time is up to 60 minutes, with the discharge power (15 minutes to 1.3 V/cell) reaching 132 to 5205 W per battery.
