HRL40-12 (F Type) is a 12-volt VRLA battery of the B.B. Battery HRL series, specifically providing stable and reliable power support for medium and low power scenarios. The battery is produced in an integral form, using an opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic case. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed, ensuring safety and durability during use. During production, electrolyte is filled through the six holes on the battery cover, and then a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed, which can effectively ensure high-level fire and explosion safety. Both the positive and negative plates are designed with a paste coating, supporting multi-directional installation (except inverted), flexibly adapting to different usage environments.
As a high-performance battery, HRL40-12 (F Type) has several core advantages: maintenance-free features eliminate the need for water addition, making it easier to use; a free acid-free design prevents leakage, enhancing use safety; a low self-discharge rate ensures that the monthly capacity loss is less than 3%, and it can still maintain good performance after long-term storage; it adopts absorbent glass fiber separator technology, achieving efficient gas recombination; specifically designed for high-rate discharge, the power density at a 5-15 minute discharge rate is 30% higher than the BP series, especially suitable for short-distance discharge modes, can provide high specific output power, and is an ideal choice for uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). It is recommended to be used in scenarios with a maximum backup time of 60 minutes.
Under normal operating conditions, the expected service life of HRL40-12 (F Type) can reach 12 years in terms of service life and performance. The discharge power (15 minutes to 1.3 V/cell) ranges from 132 to 5205 W per unit. The capacity is 5.5-215AH according to different series (С2, С5, С8, С10, С20, С100), which complies with the Eurobat standard, ensuring long life and stable capacity output.
