HRL40-12 (H Type) is a 12V VRLA battery of B.B. Battery HRL series, specially providing stable and reliable power support for medium and low power applications. As an important member of the HRL series, this battery adopts a 12V integrated design, with excellent performance and wide applicability.
In terms of structural design, the HRL40-12 (H Type) battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic material, which is not only durable but also effectively protects the internal components. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to ensure safety during use. The battery cover has six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed at the filling port.The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can significantly improve the fire and explosion safety of the battery and provide multiple safeguards for the use environment. Both positive and negative plates use a pasty coating process, which helps to improve the charge and discharge performance and cycle life of the battery. The battery supports horizontal and vertical installation (except inversion), has flexible installation, and can adapt to the space requirements of different scenarios.

At a discharge rate of 5-15 minutes, its power density is 30% higher than the BP series, specially designed for high-rate discharge, and can quickly respond to power supply needs.
