BPL150-12 is a 12V valve-regulated lead-acid battery from the B.B. Battery BPL series. With its maintenance-free feature and wide application adaptability, it has become a reliable power source for numerous critical systems. This battery uses an impact-resistant ABS plastic casing to ensure durability and sturdiness. The battery cover is firmly connected to the casing and seals the terminal area, effectively preventing electrolyte leakage. During production, the electrolyte is injected through six filling holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This design not only ensures efficient gas recombination inside the battery but also significantly enhances the fire and explosion safety level, providing users with greater peace of mind.
Technically, BPL150-12 adopts advanced absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, combined with paste coating on positive and negative plates, achieving efficient gas recombination reactions, thus realizing true maintenance-free operation where users do not need to add water to the battery.
