BPL40-12 is a 12V VRLA battery in the B.B. Battery BPL series, designed specifically to provide stable and reliable power support. The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safety and durability during use. During production, the electrolyte is filled through the six holes on the battery cover, and then a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible material is installed, which can effectively ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety. Both the positive and negative plates use the paste coating process, combined with the absorbent glass mat separator technology, to achieve efficient gas recombination and improve battery performance.
The BPL40-12 battery features maintenance-free operation, no need for additional water supplementation, and no free acid, belonging to a leak-proof battery, making it more worry-free to use. Its low self-discharge rate ensures stable performance after long-term storage, and it can be installed in horizontal and vertical positions (prohibited from inverted use), with flexible and convenient installation. According to the Eurobat standard, the BPL series batteries have an expected service life of up to 12 years and are suitable for scenarios with backup times of 30 minutes or longer.
