The battery casing is made of durable and impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring excellent physical protection performance. The battery cover is firmly integrated with the casing, and the terminal area is sealed, effectively preventing electrolyte leakage and achieving a leak-proof design without free acid. The terminal type is standard I2, making installation convenient and reliable.
In terms of internal structure, the positive and negative plates of BPL80-12 are coated with special paste-like active materials, and absorbent glass fiber separator technology is adopted.This technology not only improves the battery's performance efficiency but also enables efficient recombination of internal oxygen, thus truly meeting the maintenance-free usage requirements, with no need for water replenishment throughout the entire service life. The battery top cover is designed with six process holes, which are used for electrolyte filling during production, after which special pressure relief valves are installed. These pressure relief valves are made of non-combustible materials and can promptly release excess gas that may accumulate inside. They are also equipped with explosion-proof filters, together ensuring an extremely high fire and explosion safety level.
Regarding installation methods, the BPL80-12 offers great flexibility and can be safely installed in horizontal or vertical positions to adapt to different equipment space layouts, but it should be noted that inversion is prohibited. It has stable electrical performance, low self-discharge rate, and is suitable for long-term standby.
