B.B. Battery BPL series VRLA batteries are produced in a 12-volt integral form, with a capacity range covering 3.3 to 210Ah. The BPL210-12 model is a high-performance representative among them. The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. The battery cover is equipped with six electrolyte filling holes. After filling the electrolyte during production, a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, providing a high level of fire and explosion safety.
BPL210-12 has multiple core advantages: maintenance-free design without the need for water supplementation, free-acid-free characteristics to achieve leakage prevention, low self-discharge rate to ensure stable performance during long-term storage, can be installed in horizontal and vertical positions (inversion is prohibited), equipped with an explosion-proof filter and flame arrester to improve safety level. The positive and negative plates use a paste coating, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, to achieve efficient gas recombination and optimize battery performance.
In terms of service life, BPL series batteries can reach 12 years under normal working conditions (according to the Eurobat standard). The capacity performance is rich, with a 20-hour rate nominal capacity of 210Ah and a 5-hour rate of 178.5Ah, 105Ah at 30-minute rate (capacity is based on C2, C5, C8, C10, C20, C100 standards, specific varies by series), recommended for scenarios with backup time of 30 minutes or more.
