This battery adopts a sturdy impact-resistant ABS plastic shell, with the battery cover firmly connected to the shell, ensuring structural integrity and durability. Its terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage, making it a truly free-acid leakage-proof battery. The battery cover is designed with six liquid-filling holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials.This pressure relief valve, combined with built-in explosion-proof filters and flame arrestors, provides a high level of fire and explosion safety protection, especially suitable for scenarios with strict safety requirements.
At the technical core, BPL210-12 adopts Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) technology, along with positive and negative plates coated with paste-like coatings, achieving efficient gas recombination, which makes the battery completely maintenance-free throughout its entire service life without the need for water replenishment.
