BPL85-12 is a 12V VRLA battery from the B.B. Battery BPL series, designed specifically to provide reliable and stable power support. This battery is produced in an integrated form, with the case made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. The battery cover has six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, effectively ensuring high-level fire and explosion safety.
BPL85-12 battery has several core features: maintenance-free design, no need for additional water supplementation; no free acid, belonging to a leak-proof battery;low self-discharge rate, with a monthly capacity loss of less than 3%; can be installed in horizontal and vertical positions (inverted use is prohibited); equipped with explosion-proof filters and flame arresters to further enhance safety performance; comes with carrying handles for easy installation and operation; adopts absorbent glass mat (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination and optimize battery performance.
In terms of service life and capacity, BPL series batteries are expected to have a long service life of up to 12 years under normal working conditions (long service life according to Eurobat standards). BPL85-12 has rich nominal capacities: 85Ah at 20-hour rate, 72.25Ah at 5-hour rate, and 42 at 30-minute rate5Ah (The capacity is based on C2, C5, C8, C10, C20, C100 standards, which depends on the series).
