The battery's casing is made of sturdy impact-resistant ABS plastic, with the battery cover tightly connected to the casing and the terminal area sealed, ensuring the stability and safety of the overall structure. Its design allows horizontal or vertical installation, providing flexibility for equipment integration.The six holes on the battery cover are used to fill with electrolyte during production, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials, which significantly improves the product's fire and explosion safety level.
In terms of technical core, BPS12-12 adopts paste-type positive and negative plates and absorbent glass fiber separator technology, which not only enables efficient gas recombination but also ensures the battery's maintenance-free feature, with no need for water addition and no risk of free acid leakage. The battery has an extremely low self-discharge rate, with monthly capacity loss less than 3%, facilitating long-term storage.
