BPS230-12 is one of the B.B. Battery BPS series VRLA batteries, produced in a 12V integrated form, with a nominal capacity of 230Ah (20-hour rate), specifically designed for scenarios requiring stable and reliable power supply. The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, the battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safety and durability during use. The battery cover has six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed, which is made of non-combustible material, effectively ensuring high-level fire and explosion safety.Both the positive and negative plates use paste coating, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination, and at the same time have maintenance-free characteristics, no need to add water, and are more convenient to use.
This battery has multiple advantages: free acid-free design, belongs to leak-proof battery, can be installed in horizontal and vertical positions (except inverted); low self-discharge rate, capacity loss less than 3% per month; equipped with flame suppressor, further improve use safety; with built-in carrying handle, easy to install and operate.The BPS series batteries have an expected service life of more than 12 years under normal working conditions. According to the Eurobat standard, they have a long service life and are recommended to be used in scenarios with backup time of 30 minutes or longer.
