B.B. Battery BPS series BPS160-12 is a 12V valve-regulated sealed lead-acid (VRLA) battery with a rated capacity of 160Ah at 20-hour rate, 152Ah at 10-hour rate, and 136Ah at 5-hour rate. The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. The battery cover has six holes for electrolyte filling during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible material, which can effectively ensure high-level fire and explosion safetyThe positive and negative plates of the BPS160-12 battery are both coated with a paste-like coating, and absorbent glass mat (AGM) technology is used to achieve efficient gas recombination. Its remarkable advantages include: maintenance-free design, no need to add water; no free acid, a leak-proof battery; low self-discharge rate, with a capacity loss of less than 3% per month; can be used in any direction (except inverted); equipped with a flame suppressor to further enhance the safety factor; the battery is also designed with a carrying handle for easy installation and operation.This battery can be installed in horizontal and vertical positions. Under normal working conditions, the BPS series batteries are expected to have a service life of more than 12 years. According to the Eurobat standard, they have a long service life, and it is specially recommended to be used when the backup time is 30 minutes or longer.
