BPS200-12 is a high-performance Valve Regulated Lead-Acid (VRLA) battery in the BPS series, providing stable and reliable power support in a 12V integrated form. The series has a wide range of capacities from 5Ah to 230Ah, meeting the power needs of different scenarios. BPS200-12 has a nominal capacity of 200Ah at the 20-hour rate, with 10-hour and 5-hour rate capacities of 190Ah and 170Ah respectively, demonstrating excellent energy storage and discharge performance.
The battery casing is made of sturdy opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, effectively protecting the internal structure. The battery cover is firmly connected to the casing, and the terminal area is sealed, ensuring overall leak-proof and safety.The terminal design depends on the series and type. The BPS200-12 is equipped with a B9 type terminal as standard, located at standard position 13, and I3 type terminals are available as an option, providing flexibility for installation and connection. The battery cover is designed with six holes for electrolyte filling during the production process. After completion, a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed. These valves not only ensure normal internal pressure release but also provide high-level fire and explosion safety protection.
Technically, the BPS200-12 uses positive and negative plates coated with a paste-like coating, combined with Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology, to achieve efficient gas recombination, making the battery truly maintenance-free, requiring no water addition throughout its lifetime, and without the risk of free acid leakage. The battery is designed to allow horizontal and vertical installation (except for inversion) and is equipped with a carrying handle, greatly facilitating handling and installation.
