Battery's BPL series VRLA batteries, BPL110-12, with a nominal voltage of 12V and a nominal capacity of 110Ah, occupies an important position in the broad capacity range of 3.3 to 210 Ah. The battery's casing is made of durable impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring excellent physical protection. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is specially sealed, effectively preventing electrolyte leakage. It achieves free acid-free and maintenance-free characteristics, eliminating the need for users to add water to the battery and greatly simplifying daily maintenance work. The battery top cover is designed with six liquid injection holes. During the production process, precise electrolyte injection is completed through these holes, followed by the installation of a dedicated pressure relief valve. These pressure relief valves, made of non-flammable materials, together with built-in explosion-proof filters and flame arresters, form a multi-layered safety barrier, significantly enhancing the battery's fire and explosion safety rating and ensuring safe use even in abnormal conditions. The core adopts absorbent glass fiber separator technology, which efficiently promotes oxygen recombination and reduces water loss, achieving an extremely low self-discharge rate and extending the battery's usability during storage. In structural design, the plates of BPL110-12 are coated with a special formulation of paste-like active material, ensuring stable electrochemical performance. Its flexible design allows horizontal or vertical installation, greatly facilitating equipment integration in limited spaces for users, but note that inversion is prohibited. The battery is equipped with standard B4-type terminals at position 18, and I2-type terminals can be optionally added to meet different wiring requirements. With a compact size of 407 mm (length) × 173 mm (width) × 210 mm (height, total height 239 mm) and a weight of approximately 40 kg, it is easy to deploy in various equipment. In terms of technical parameters, the nominal capacity of BPL110-12 is 110 Ah at a 20-hour rate, 93.5 Ah at a 5-hour rate, and it can still provide a reliable power of 55 Ah at high discharge rates such as the 30-minute rate, making it particularly suitable for scenarios requiring backup for 30 minutes or longer. According to the Eurobat standard, BPL series batteries can have an expected service life of up to 12 years under normal operating conditions, which falls within the category of long-life batteries. This battery is an ideal power source for numerous key systems and equipment.
