B.B. Battery BPL series VRLA batteries are produced in 12V monoblock form, with a capacity range from 3.3 to 210Ah. BPL110-12 is a high-performance model in this series. Its case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is hermetically designed to ensure safe use. There are six holes on the battery cover, through which electrolyte is filled during the production process, and then a pressure relief valve is installed; the pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible material, effectively ensuring high-level fire and explosion safety. Both positive and negative plates adopt the paste coating process to enhance battery performance and stability.
BPL110-12 has multiple advantages and features: maintenance-free design without the need for water addition, convenient to use; free of free acid, making it a leak-proof battery, safe and reliable; low self-discharge rate ensures good performance after long-term storage; can be installed in horizontal and vertical positions (prohibited from being used upside down), flexible in installation; equipped with explosion-proof filters and flame arresters, further strengthening safety protection; adopts absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, realizing efficient gas recombination and extending battery service life. According to the Eurobat standard, BPL series batteries have a service life of up to 12 years, with stable and long-lasting performance.
